T.M. Schultze has been a member of the Order of the Arrow for 30 years. Inspired by the ceremonies of his Ordeal, he became involved in those events himself before running for leadership positions. He has served in many positions as a youth and Adviser, including Lodge Chief and Section, as well as Lodge Adviser and Section Adviser.
He also discovered photography as a hobby to reinvigorate his love of art and the outdoors. Naturally, photographing Order of the Arrow events became a serious interest.
He graduated from San Diego State University with a Degree in English, and has always been a serious writer.
