About

I have lived next-door to Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve since 2011, making it an easy and quick stop for photographs.

Santee Lakes is one of the best birding locations in San Diego County. While I do have a number of avian images in my catalog and in this portfolio, I still prefer to create landscape photographs.

One of my favorite locations is over Lake 2 on the Mast Blvd. bridge. Several times a year, I get to enjoy a beautiful and sublime sunset as the clouds get their last light.
