Juniper and Monolith has long been a popular location in Joshua Tree National Park. Located in the Jumbo Rocks area, many photograph it throughout the day. Because I camp in Joshua Tree every Christmas, I often have a chance to photograph it when the light is right.
On this particular Christmas morning, twilight was spectacular with incredible reds, blues, and purples. The Moon was hiding behind the clouds, and the glow added another great element. I have always liked to capture a lot of sky from this spot.
Thank you for reading, and I hope you enjoy the image.
